How a partnering event works
1. Registration
After registrating you will receive a series of e-mails explaining what you need to do next.
2. Set up a profile
Create a strong profile that makes you visible to others on this platform. Make it clear and precise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly increase your amount of meetings. Don't forget your profile will be active after the event as well.
3. Request meetings
Be active. Browse through the announced participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase your chances of getting the request accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
4. Build connections
A few days prior to the event you will receive an e-mail with your detailed meeting schedule. You can also check your meeting agenda online or via the b2match app. The b2match event app allows participants to cancel and manage meetings on-site at the event. Available for Android and iOS.
